OK I don’t get this phenomenon dance happening in the Philippines right now (or just recently), but this is one novelty song by the host of Wowowee, Willie Revillame, from a TFC gameshow. Overly excited? Wierd? The Next Rump Shaker? Boom Tarat Tarat!
