Loading ...Here’s an interesting article on Strategic Rocket Forces lieutenant colonel Stanislav Yevgrafovich Petrov, who on September 26, 1983, 24 years ago today, saved the world from being in an all out nuclear war. It’s very interesting to learn what goes on behind the scenes. There will be a documentary in 2008 about all this called “The Man who saved the World.” Can’t wait to learn more about this.
